Technical Services provides support to the customers for all KID-Systeme GmbH products. This includes regular customer visits, support for cabin re-configuration and subsequent customizing of the CIDS software, specialist support for troubleshooting between user and manufacturer. If necessary, our Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) Service ensures an immediate response to technical questions. The AOG Service is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
