    All technical publications by KID-Systeme, including the Component Maintenance Manual, Ground Equipment Manuals, Software User Manuals, Service Bulletins, and Service Information Letters (SIL), are produced and verified in-house.

    Because we offer all services “under one roof” we’re able to document new products, offer repair solutions, and customized cabin reconfigurations promptly and reliably. All documentation is available in our high performant documentation tool.

    Technical publications represent the foundation of every maintenance action, which is why we generate them during product development and keep them updated throughout the product´s life.

  • Repair Services

    No one knows our products better than we do. We were there during their development and production. And all that generated know-how ensures that our repair centers are the best in their class for cabin electronics.

    Our service centers in Buxtehude, Beijing, Dallas, Seattle, and Dubai provide a comprehensive array of services. Moreover, we offer 24/7 AOG (aircraft-on-ground) support.
